Missing person in Beaconsfield, SPVM asking for help from public

The Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 71-year-old woman.

Ulana Jakimow Odezynsky was last seen Monday night in the Beaconsfield area.

Mrs. Jakimow Odezynsky moves on foot, but could have difficulty walking, according to the SPVM, adding that the investigators have reason to fear for her health and safety.

Slender in stature, the white-skinned septuagenarian is 1.73m tall and has blue eyes and gray hair, according to the police description.

No details of the clothing worn by the missing woman have been given. Only an old photograph of her is the known reference at this time.

She also may not be fully mobile, police noted in a news release.
