Cinnamon nut swirl coffee ring


3/4 cup butter or 1/2 cup oil

1 1/2 cups sugar

3 eggs

1/2 tsp vanilla

3 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

sprinkle of salt

1 1/2 cups yogurt or sour cream

For the sprinkle

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup chopped nuts

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Grease and flour a bundt pan

Mix butter, sugar and eggs with an electric mixer.

add dry ingredients

fold in yogurt

pour 1/4 of the batter into the bundt pan. Sprinkle with nut mixture. Pour in remaining batter.

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
