Île-aux-Tourtes Bridge Closure: Schedule Adjusted Due to Weather Conditions

MONTRÉAL,The Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility informs road users that the Île-aux-Tourtes Bridge will be completely closed to traffic starting on the night of Friday, December 6. The bridge will reopen during the night of Saturday, December 7 to Sunday, December 8, no later than 5 a.m. This earlier reopening is due to unfavorable weather conditions forecasted. Required as part of the reconstruction project, this closure will allow for adjustments to the configuration of Highway 40 lanes near the bridge in preparation for the winter season.
