Seniors voice concerns at MNA's Town Hall.

Jacques-Cartier MNA Gregory Kelley held a Town Hall on Friday, October 27, at Cedar Park United Church to provide seniors with a platform to express their concerns and needs. The forum was open to persons over 65, their caregivers, and those working closely with them. Over 100 attendees were present to address issues such as access to healthcare, affordable housing, and their historic rights as English-speaking Quebecers.

"Once our society emerged from pandemic restrictions, it was starkly clear to seniors that the lack of family doctors, home care workers, and walk-in clinics would continue to have a detrimental impact on their physical and mental health. The Legault government must deploy resources and energy to improving the quality of life of this segment of the population,” Mr. Kelley concluded.
