Work has begun on the multifunctional trail that will run between Rue Daoust in eastern Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue and l'Anse-à-l'Orme in Kirkland.

The path aims to improve the cycling network in Sainte-Anne's and will link residential neighborhoods, like those surrounding Daoust Street, with the Anse-à-l'Orme bike path.

The work that began on June 5th will continue over six weeks.
The runway to be built will be 1100 meters long (1.1 km), and the width of the runway will be 5 meters.
Access to the construction site will be restricted; however, no traffic obstruction is planned during the work.
