New bike path to link Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue and Kirkland.

Work has begun on the multifunctional trail that will run between Rue Daoust in eastern Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue and l'Anse-à-l'Orme in Kirkland.

The path aims to improve the cycling network in Sainte-Anne's and will link residential neighborhoods, like those surrounding Daoust Street, with the Anse-à-l'Orme bike path.

The work that began on June 5th will continue over six weeks.

  • The runway to be built will be 1100 meters long (1.1 km), and the width of the runway will be 5 meters.

  • Access to the construction site will be restricted; however, no traffic obstruction is planned during the work.
