Gorgeous cakes, delicious pies and beautiful cupcakes are what Gateaux Janice is all about!
This local baker has a serious passion for all things desserts. Janice has been baking since she was a young child.

That passion led to a determination within Janice to teach herself how to create and decorate cakes, where she describes herself as "self-taught". In addition to all that she taught herself, Janice took the opportunity to register for a night course at a local high school in cake decorating.
It all began with creating a custom cake for a wedding that led to people loving the cake and the word spreading.
And this led to the beginning of her wonderful business, Gateaux Janice!
Gateaux Janice creates specialty cakes, custom requests, wedding cakes, as well as many other baked goods. She loves working with clients on creating their custom cakes, where she believes the most satisfying part of her business is seeing the positive reactions of the clients.

She focuses as much on the taste as she does on the design and presentation of the cakes. As seen by the photos, the work and detail are absolutely amazing.
