A beloved fish and chip restaurant along the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue boardwalk, Peter's Cape Cod, is up for sale. Listed at $1,550,000, the 7,091 sqft lot restaurant was built in 1987.

The property's listing states that the zoning would allow a buyer to convert the space to an office building or use it for any commercial venture.

New restaurants have opened up shop in the village in recent years, and the former Marco's Bar and Grill was bought by the City last spring and transformed into a green space along the boardwalk.
