Marc Anthony and Genesis are among the artists coming to the Bell Center in Montreal.
Do you remember the last concert you saw? Going to see an artist perform at the Bell Center seems like an eternity ago. Watching hockey games without any fans in the audience reminds us of a time when those seats were packed with spectators. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic has prevented the Bell Center from hosting an artist for more than a year.
However, the Government of Quebec announced that they plan on having everyone vaccinated with the first dose of the vaccine by the end of the summer, which means that event planners have already begun booking their shows.
Artists performing include:
The Flaming Lips, who will be playing at the MTelus on Nov. 18, 2021,
Marc Anthony at the Bell Center on Dec. 3, 2021,
and the legendary Genesis at the Bell Center on Nov. 22 & 23, 2021.
Genesis’ reunion will be composed of Phil Collins, Tony Banks, and Mike Rutherford. Peter Gabriel will not be joining the band.
This is the first of many concerts to be announced in the coming months. Safety measures have yet to be announced.
