Montreal Lakeshore University Women's Club is offering scholarships to female university students.

The Montreal Lakeshore University Women's Club is offering scholarships to female university students living on the West Island.

The $2,000 scholarship is one of two to be awarded in 2022. Those who are interested in applying for the scholarship have until Friday, February 25th, 2022.


Candidates for the scholarship must fulfill the following requirements (as stated on their website):

  • High academic standing

  • Full-time university status

  • Financial Need

  • Acceptance at a Quebec university for the 2022-2023 academic year

  • Residency on the West Island for at least one year prior

  • Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada

All individuals who are applying are requested to complete the application form on their website, as well as provide:

  • A resumé

  • A photocopy of your most recent transcript

  • Two letters of reference, including one from a current professor

The MLUWC recommends that applicants submit their application by mail, postmarked no later than Friday, February 25th, 2022. Applications will also be accepted by email.
