Rosefellow, a real estate development and management agency, has announced that their industrial facility, RF Industrial 5.0, that sits on a 626 000 SQ.FT piece of land, will be occupied by two major distribution centres!
“The West Island hosts a booming, versatile industrial sector. We are delighted to further help develop this territory and to offer customers facilities that are designed based on sustainable, innovative standards,” said Mike Jager, Rosefellow’s co-founder, and co-owner, in a statement.
This state-of-the-art project is being developed in Pointe-Claire, to the left of the Embassy Suites off the Trans-Canada Highway. It will soon house the Dormez-Vous and Steve Madden Canada distribution centres. The building is set to be occupied by the summer of 2023.
