HEALTH ALERT: Health Canada has issued a nationwide recall of Kirkland Signature Women 50+ multivitamins sold at Costco due to possible metal fragments found inside the bottles.
Manufacturer Vita Health Products says there may be a “potential presence of loose metal pieces in the pill bottle,” posing a possible health risk to consumers.
The affected product is part of Costco’s private-label Kirkland Signature brand.
Consumers are advised to stop using the product immediately and return it to Costco for a refund. Anyone concerned about injury or health effects should contact a healthcare professional.
👉 Check your bottles and share this warning with family and friends.

Recalls like this are a good reminder to check bottles before taking anything, even when the product is from a familiar store. I once found an old recall notice while organizing our kitchen cabinet, and since then I keep receipts for vitamins and medications in a small envelope. Anyone with this multivitamin should set the bottle aside, confirm the lot details, and follow the return instructions. I also saved https://cvs-caremark.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html while sorting out a pharmacy question for a relative. A few minutes of attention can prevent unnecessary worry and make household health routines feel much more organized overall.
