🚨 Extreme Fire Danger in Vaudreuil-Soulanges According to the SOPFEU fire danger map, the risk of fire in Vaudreuil-Soulanges is currently extreme. The Town of Hudson is asking everyone to take extra precautions.
By-law 763-2023 – Outdoor Fires
When fire danger is extreme, only outdoor cooking appliances with a lid are permitted.
Prohibited activities include:
❌ Open-air fires of any size
❌ Outdoor fireplaces
❌ Sparklers
❌ Fireworks
❌ Sky lanterns
❌ Any tool or device that produces sparks
Fines: Violators face heavy penalties and may also be billed for any firefighter intervention.
