CALL FOR NOMINATIONS – POINTE-CLAIRE PUBLIC LIBRARY ADVISORY COMMITTEE


The City of Pointe-Claire invites its residents to actively participate in shaping the future of the Pointe-Claire Public Library by seeking candidates for the Public Library Advisory Committee. The Public Library Advisory Committee plays a pivotal role in the community, serving as a collaborative platform for residents to voice their ideas and concerns related to various projects within the public library. Committee members meet 4 to 5 times per year to discuss and formulate recommendations that influence the library's future endeavors. To be eligible for this significant role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a resident of Pointe-Claire.

  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in the services offered by the Pointe-Claire Public Library.

The deadline to submit your application is October 27, 2023. Applications should include a well-crafted cover letter expressing your interest and qualifications, along with an updated résumé detailing your relevant experience and background.
