Voices for the Wild: Celebrating Women in Canadian Environmentalism

🌿🎨 Exciting Announcement! Join us for "Voices for the Wild: Women in Canadian Environmentalism" 🌟

Join us on a journey celebrating the incredible women leading the charge for environmental change across Canada! 🌎✨

"Voices for the Wild" is a captivating series of paintings by Lisa Kimberly Glickman, honoring female land defenders and environmentalists, alongside the animals affected by ecological degradation in their protected areas. From scientists to activists, these women span generations and backgrounds, united by their passion for preserving our planet.

🖼️ Discover the beauty of Canadian landscapes and the strength of these inspiring women at our exhibition at Bibliothèque Kirkland in Kirkland, Quebec, from May 27 to June 25, 2024. You won't want to miss the vernissage on June 9 from 2 to 5 p.m., featuring live or video descriptions of the work by some of the subjects themselves!

Come be inspired by the stories we tell through art, showcasing the world as it is and the potential for positive change. Let's celebrate the beauty of nature and the resilience of those fighting to protect it together! 🌿🎨 #VoicesForTheWild #EnvironmentalActivism #ArtForChange 🚀
