🚨 SPVM Seeks Potential Victims of Hervé Rouleau Turcotte

The Montréal Police Service (SPVM) is seeking possible victims of Hervé Rouleau Turcotte, 36, who was arrested on June 9, 2025.

He faces multiple charges, including luring minors, inciting sexual contact, and the production, distribution, and possession of child exploitation material, related to an incident that occurred in May 2025.

Investigators with the SPVM’s Online Child Sexual Exploitation Unit believe there may be additional victims in Montréal and surrounding areas over the past ten years. Turcotte was under court conditions at the time of his arrest.

🔹 Modus OperandiAccording to investigators, Turcotte allegedly used several social media platforms — including Snapchat, Instagram, and Facebook — to contact girls aged 12 to 17 for sexual purposes.He reportedly created fake female profiles to gain the trust of victims, later revealing his real identity and continuing communication through text messages and video calls. He presented himself as being 26 or 27 years old, claiming to work in the restaurant industry, and used the name “Hervé Turcotte.”

  • White male, 36 years old

  • Speaks French with a slight accent

  • Height: 1.78 m (5'10")

  • Weight: 84 kg (185 lbs)

  • Brown hair, blue eyes

Three photos are being released by police — one from 2012, one used during online exchanges, and a recent photo — to help identify him.
