In a recent incident in the Pierrefonds-Roxboro borough, a teenager sustained serious injuries on Saturday evening, following an armed assault.

According to The Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) the incident was reported around 4:50 p.m. According to SPVM spokeswoman Véronique Dubuc, the 17-year-old victim was chased by a group of four or five suspects wielding sharp objects.
The pursuit ended at the intersection of Sources and Pierrefonds Boulevards, where the victim was found with multiple sharp-force injuries. Emergency services transported the teenager to the hospital, where he remains in critical condition. The motive behind the altercation is currently unknown, and the suspects managed to escape, leading to no arrests at this point.
To ensure the integrity of the investigation, a security perimeter was established around the crime scene.
