Montreal Police Seek Additional Victims of Sainte-Anne-De-Bellevue Man Charged with Luring Minors

Montreal, June 11, 2025* — The Montreal Police Service (SPVM) is asking the public for help identifying potential victims of **Andrew D’Apice**, a 24-year-old man from **Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue** who was arrested on **April 8** and is facing multiple serious charges related to the **sexual exploitation of minors**.
D’Apice has been formally charged with **luring minors for sexual purposes**, **invitation to sexual touching**, **sexual interference**, and **production of child pornography**. SPVM’s Sexual Exploitation Squad believes he may have targeted **additional victims**, particularly in the Montreal area.
Alleged Use of Fake Identity Online
According to investigators, D’Apice allegedly used various **social networking platforms**, including **Snapchat and Wizz**, to contact girls between the ages of **12 and 16**. He reportedly **posed as a 16-year-old boy named Liam**, using the Snapchat handle **LIAMD2825**, to establish contact.
Police say he invited some of his victims to join him in his **2019 Hyundai Elantra**, where **sexual gestures were allegedly made**. He also reportedly **asked the girls to send him explicit images**.
Suspect Description
Andrew D’Apice is described as a **white male**, **5’9” tall** (1.80 m), weighing **154 pounds** (70 kg), with **brown hair** and **hazel eyes**. He primarily speaks **English**, but is also **proficient in French**. Authorities have also released a second photo, believed to be one the suspect used in conversations with victims.
