Mamma Mia arrives in Pointe-Claire just in time for WISTA's 15th anniversary

You know and love Mamma Mia, the broadway musical that premiered in 1999, the book, and its two blockbuster movies starring Meryl Streep and Amanda Seyfried. The romantic comedy is set to some of ABBA's greatest hits. It delivers an endearing storyline of a mother (Donna Sheridan) and daughter (Sophie) on their quest to find Sophie's biological father. Humour, friendship, and romance become intertwined for an emotional performance.

The West Island Theatre Association (WISTA) is putting on six performances of the award-winning musical during the weekend of September 9th and September 16th at the Louise Chalmers Theatre (inside of John Rennie High School) in Pointe-Claire. This will be the Association's first performance back from its two-and-a-half-year live show hiatus. WISTA's 15th anniversary season has begun!
