📅 Mark your calendars! On Sunday, August 3, athletes of all ages will gather once again at the beautiful Paul-Stevens Park in Coteau-du-Lac for the 2025 edition of Tri-O-Lacs—an exciting, community-driven triathlon that’s as much about fun and wellness as it is about competition.
Last year’s event set a new record for participation, and organizers are hoping to top it in 2025 with even more families, youth, and first-time triathletes jumping into the action. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just curious to try something new, Tri-O-Lacs is the perfect way to challenge yourself in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

• A gorgeous course featuring a swim in the canal, a scenic bike ride along the Fleuve, and a peaceful run through quiet neighborhoods.
