**Cross-Country Ski Lessons for Kids in Saint-Lazare Starting January 2025**
This winter, young residents and non-residents aged 5 to 14 can embrace the joys of cross-country skiing in Saint-Lazare. The **J’m l’hiver Ski School** will be offering fun-filled lessons starting in January at the **Parc Nature Les Forestiers-de-Saint-Lazare**, a picturesque spot ideal for learning and perfecting skiing techniques.
### Course Details
The lessons, taught in French, are tailored for small groups of up to 10 participants per age category, ensuring personalized attention. The program includes:
- **Jeannot Lapin Course (Ages 5-6)**
Designed to introduce younger children to skiing, this course focuses on activity and fun. Ski poles are not required.
- **Jack Rabbit Course (Ages 7-14)**
Geared toward older children, this course offers four skill levels to accommodate everyone from beginners to advanced skiers. Participants will be evaluated at the start of the season to match them with the appropriate group.
**Schedule**
Lessons will take place every **Saturday, from January 4 to February 22, 2025**, with two time slots available:
- 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM
- 10:45 AM to 12:15 PM
### Equipment
Participants must have their own cross-country skis. For those unfamiliar with the trails, there will also be an opportunity to learn about the location on-site.
