Search warrants were executed at two residences and a residential garage, leading to the seizure of 62.7 kilos of cocaine, $10,000 in cash, and several electronic devices. The cocaine was ingeniously concealed within the walls of a grand piano.

The investigation, initiated by a tip from Homeland Security Investigations, was carried out by the Eastern Region Federal Policing's Airport and Federal Investigations Detachment. They face charges of importation and possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, and conspiracy under the Criminal Code. The investigation is ongoing, and further charges may be laid as the evidence is analyzed.
