The City of Dorval is proud to present the exhibition “Can You Hear Me? Can You See Me?”, from May 5 to 15, at the Peter B. Yeomans Cultural Centre (1401 Chemin du Bord-du-Lac–Lakeshore).
This event features work from visual arts graduates from École secondaire Dorval-Jean-XXIII who showcase how they have used art and artistic creation as a means of social and political engagement for causes that are important to them. This exhibition presents their work and their approach, but it is also the proof of a well-awakened conscience and a voice that will mature as their experiences unfold.
This is a reminder that, as adults, we too often tend to keep quiet or forget that they too reflect the world...
Vernissage with the artist: Thursday, May 5, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Digital LED technology continues to transform how organizations communicate in public spaces. Whether highlighting events or displaying schedules, these screens draw attention with bold clarity. A notable use is outdoor digital signage for churches which helps connect congregations by broadcasting worship times, announcements, and community updates. The visibility and efficiency of LED displays make them effective tools in both high-traffic and quiet locations. As technology advances, more groups turn to digital LED boards to replace static signs and engage viewers instantly through light and motion.
