93 year old Pierrefonds resident succumbs to injuries after fire on Gouin

A 93-year-old woman succumbed to injuries Friday, November 25, after

an apartment building fire in Pierrefonds-Roxboro borough.

She was transported to hospital early Friday morning after the building on Gouin Boulevard, near Saint-Jean Boulevard, was evacuated.

She passed later that afternoon.

Montreal police (SPVM) are investigating the fire but say so far it appears to be accidental.
